The Midland Bedlington Terrier Club holds three shows each year.

In Spring (usually in February) we have an Open Show, which is followed by the

Annual General Meeting. This show is currently held at Yelvertoft Village Hall.

In the early Summer, at the beginning of June, we hold our Championship Show. The venue is currently Roade Village Hall

In September is our second Open Show, held at Corley Village Hall.

All the venues are easy to access from main routes through the Midlands.

Our show dates for 2019 are:

Saturday 23 February

Open Show (Judge Felicity Snook)

followed by the Annual General Meeting

at Yelvertoft Village Hall

Saturday 8 June

Championship Show (Judge Mark Walshaw)

at Roade Village Hall

Saturday 28 September (Judge Donna Walters)

at Corley Village Hall

Besides hosting our own shows, we also support a number of other shows throughout the year.  This support consists of suggesting three judges for the Show Society to select from, along with special rosettes and MBTC Diplomas.

This means that we can help  up and coming judges who have the backing of a the MBTC to progress up the judging ladder.  Our support indicates that we have confidence in these judges' ability to do a good, honest and fair job of assessing the entry.

In 2019, the shows we shall be supporting are:

6 January  -  Boston & District CS, at Peterborough

26 January  -  Lichfield Cs, at Stafford

27 April  -  Birmingham & District Gundog & Terrier Club, at Ryton on Dunsmore

23 June  -  Derbyshire County Show,  at Spondon

6 July  -  East of England Agricultural Society, at Peterborough

We hope our support encourages exhibitors to give these judges a good entry
